The AI Potential Check is eligible as strategic management consulting via the BAFA program "Funding of management consulting for SMEs". The application must be filed before consulting starts.

How to apply for funding
Schedule a call now
Together we clarify whether your company is eligible (SME criteria, at least 2 years on the market).
Submit BAFA application (before booking)
You file the online application at foerderung.bafa.de — before we start the consulting. We help you with it.
Wait for approval (2–4 weeks)
BAFA typically approves within 10–15 business days. Consulting can then start.
Invoice, proof of use, subsidy
After completion you submit the invoice and proof of use — the subsidy is paid out directly.
Important: A retroactive BAFA application is not possible. Only book the check after the approval notice is in hand. We accompany you through the application process — contact us before booking.
