100% remote, 100% commission. We're looking for openers/setters and closers to sell our AI consulting and AI Potential Check to German SMEs – a product that's easy to explain, with a clear offer and government funding (BAFA) as a strong buying argument.
What you sell
Our AI consulting and AI Potential Check for SMEs: concrete savings potential, actionable AI solutions and an initial consultation funded up to 80% by the German government (BAFA). An offer you can stand behind.
The roles we're filling
Opener / Setter (m/f/d)
You fill the closers' calendars with qualified appointments.
Your responsibilities
Reach out to and qualify leads (outreach, DMs, calls, follow-up)
Gauge needs and filter for the right prospects
Set intro and consulting appointments for the closers
Keep the pipeline clean in the CRM (HubSpot)
Your profile
Strong communicator, persistent in follow-up
German at native level (you sell to German SMEs); confident on calls/chat
Disciplined, self-organized, reliable
First experience in setting/sales is a plus (not required)
Closer (m/f/d)
You guide pre-qualified prospects confidently to a deal.
Your responsibilities
Run consulting/discovery calls with pre-qualified prospects
Uncover needs, present the offer, handle objections
Close deals and hand them over cleanly to delivery
Feed insights back to setters & team for continuous improvement
Your profile
Proven closing experience (high-ticket/consulting a plus)
Consultative and empathetic rather than high-pressure
German at native level, professional presence
Comfortable with CRM and structured follow-up
