Do you replace my employees?
Agents take over tasks, not people. In practice these are almost always the tasks of roles that have been vacant for months, jobs the owner does on the side, or back office that doesn't scale with growth. Those who stay get time for the work AI can't do.
What happens after the callback?
If it basically fits, we book a meeting with Andreas Indorf. Beforehand we prepare your org chart with AI agents and a clickable prototype with customer, onboarding and team portal based on your website. In the meeting we plan together; in the follow-up you see the adapted version. If it doesn't fit, we tell you – and you have an honest assessment.
