5.2 LinkedIn Insight Tag

Upon consent, the LinkedIn Insight Tag is loaded (provider: LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, Wilton Place, Dublin 2, Ireland; parent company: LinkedIn Corporation, 1000 W. Maude Avenue, Sunnyvale, CA 94085, USA). The Insight Tag sets cookies in your browser and collects, among other things, your IP address, device and browser information, timestamps and pages visited.

Purposes: reach measurement of our LinkedIn advertising, conversion tracking, retargeting, and the creation of aggregated statistics about website visitors. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR (consent).

For the collection and transmission of data to LinkedIn, LinkedIn and we are joint controllers within the meaning of Art. 26 GDPR. A corresponding agreement ("Joint Controller Addendum") has been concluded. LinkedIn is solely responsible for the subsequent processing. Personal data is transferred to the USA; LinkedIn is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Storage period: direct identifiers are deleted or pseudonymised within 7 days; pseudonymised data is deleted no later than 180 days.
